Shri. Prakash Page is a well-known personality in Maharashtra. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Page is instrumental in starting over 5000 companies big and small in his career. He was instrumental in the creation of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the restructuring of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) into its four companies, Mahagenco, Mahadiscom, Mahatransco and MSEB Holding Company.
