Prarochan group of companies is a leading media house commanding an impressive 2 lakhs sq. ft. of space with a robust presence in Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital, Print, SMS, Voice Calling, and BOT services and pioneer for beautification of city and creating wealth for society.

PMPL started its operation in year Aug, 2015 in the business of various Media & Marketing Research Services to many clients and simultaneously created its own Media Platform for OOH and Digital Media & Marketing services. Government of Maharashtra has allotted most prestigious project of Mumbai for the beautification & Revamping of 1603 Aarey Stalls in to Smart Stalls and got all types of Advertisement and Digital Rights on all the Aarey Stalls for the period of 15 years. PMPL also have exclusive rights of LED Screen Space on ongoing of Smart Signals for 15 years, more than 250 LED screens will at activated in upcoming months at UDIPI – Manipal – Karnataka and in Mumbai Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation – Maharashtra. PMPL in upcoming year have already planned to acquire more than 10 Lakhs Sqft OOH Media Space in Mumbai region.

PRIPL strength is its establish Media & Marketing Platform which enable to tab right client / investors for right property within stipulated time.

Shri, Rupesh Kadam is Managing Director, Prarochan Group. Mr. Kadam earned Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor in Law degree from Mumbai University, also earned Company Secretary Degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has done his Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. He worked as an Advisor for Many renowned Developers and Corporate Companies providing services including Legal, Compliances, Cost Reductions & Finance in Projects. Prior to which he worked with many Multi-National Companies including S. Kumar’s Nationwide Limited, Thomas Cook (India) Ltd., C Bay Systems Inc. at various middle and senior management levels. Started Prarochan Media Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2015 and now expanded the horizons of the Company in to Digital & Technology, Media, Advertisement & Marketing.

James Lazar is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, with over two decades of experience with reputed brands such as RNA Corp., Sigrun Realties Ltd., RNA Builders (NG), Soham Group, and Aanya Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. He also led one of central India’s largest township projects, Ensaara Metro Park in Nagpur, spanning over 300 acres. Additionally, he has been associated with sales and marketing initiatives for prominent developments including Raheja Universal Madh Island, Rakhsi Developers Pvt. Ltd., Atul Projects Andheri East, and GP Realtors.

He prioritizes the trust of his clients and consistently aims to exceed their expectations. His passion for the industry has earned him numerous accolades in various geographical locations and sectors. Mr. Harminder Keer, a very famous personality in Reality, Infrastructure and Automobile Industry, having an experience of more than 30 years in Reality, logistic & Warehouse Industry. He is pioneer in setting up Residential Project at Upper Thane (Bhiwandi). He has done remarkable development in setting up warehouse and logistic parks at Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Wada and also other adjoining areas of Mumbai and Thane.
