Shri Rupesh Kadam is the Chairman & Managing Director of Mahamahadevi Group, formerly the owner of Prarochan Media and other companies. In January 2025, Prarochan Group transitioned its companies under Mahamahadevi Media Holdings Company.

Before venturing into business, he worked as an Advisor for several renowned developers and corporate companies, providing expertise in Legal, Liaisoning, and Finance for real estate projects. He previously held middle and senior management positions in multinational companies including S. Kumars Nationwide Limited as a (DGM & Head Legal), Thomas Cook (India) Ltd.(Manger – Legal), and C Bay Systems Inc.

Shri. Prakash Page is a well-known personality in Maharashtra. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Page is instrumental in starting over 5000 companies big and small in his career. He was instrumental in the creation of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the restructuring of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) into its four companies, Mahagenco, Mahadiscom, Mahatransco and MSEB Holding Company. He has also introduced the concepts Public Private Partnerships to the government in 1996 which is now very popular. He has undertaken numerous projects worldwide in the fields of Infrastructure, Aviation, Power, Sugar and Dairy. He is presently an Independent Director in MSEB Holding company ltd., Maharashtra State Power generation Company Ltd., Maharashtra State Power Distribution Company Ltd., Maharashtra State Power Trading Company Ltd. and an advisor to the Minister of Energy and Education in the state of Maharashtra. Under his guidance Prarochan Group has entered into Partnerships with several leading Organizations.

Dinesh Maheshwari was headed as Executive Director & the Chief Financial Officer of Future Retail Ltd. (FRL). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He started his journey with FRL in December 2004 and has over 22 years of rich managerial experience post qualification. He has also worked with other corporate houses viz S.R. Batliboi & Co., IIT Capital Services Ltd., and Mukwano Industries Ltd. He has Strong domain knowledge of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Corporate Restructuring and commercial functions.

His strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and dedication to excellence make him a vital asset to Prarochan Group.

Shashank Joshi is a serial entrepreneur based in Mumbai, with nearly 30 years of professional experience spanning diverse sectors such as Energy, Fintech, Mobile Wallets, IT & ITES, Outsourcing, Transition, and Management Consulting. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he began his professional journey in 1992 by venturing into the computer software and hardware business. In 1994, he established India’s first computer retail outlet, marking a milestone in the country’s tech industry.

Since 2000, he has been actively involved in IT-enabled services, including medical transcription, international & domestic call centers, and outsourced accounting. He is a pioneer in successfully executing Merchant Cash Advance and Merchant Processing businesses through offshore routes. Driven by a vision to simplify payments and bring convenient mobile payment solutions to every mobile subscriber in India, he founded MoneyOnMobile in 2010, a pioneering payment startup based in Mumbai. As Founder and MD, he led MoneyOnMobile—an RBI-authorized entity—to remarkable success, expanding its reach to 153 million subscribers and 310,000 retail partners across India, achieving gross revenues of over ₹1.4 crore per month. As the Founder & CEO of his second fintech startup, mBnk, he introduced the concept of a Phygital Financial Marketplace in India, offering multiple financial services on a single app. Through a trade distribution network of nearly 250,000 retail merchants, mBnk revolutionized last-mile connectivity in the financial sector.
