Since 2022, Prarochan Real Infra Private Limited (Prarochan Group) has been associated with the Africa India Economic Foundation (AIEF), supporting its vision of strengthening economic, commercial, and institutional cooperation between India and African nations.
AIEF is an institutional platform dedicated to fostering trade, investment, technology collaboration, knowledge exchange, industry partnerships, and MSME engagement between India and Africa. Its initiatives are focused on creating sustainable opportunities for businesses and institutions while contributing to inclusive economic and social development
As part of its flagship initiatives, AIEF is undertaking the development of the prestigious Africa India Business Centre at Sector 33, CIDCO International Corporate Park, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra through CIDCO, with participation envisaged from African countries and the African Union.
The proposed development is envisioned as a landmark institutional and international business destination, bringing India and Africa together on a common platform for commerce, investment, innovation, and long-term economic cooperation.
The project envisages a 60-storey landmark tower with dedicated representation for each of the 54 African countries, creating a unique ecosystem for governments, businesses, investors, industries, institutions, and entrepreneurs to connect and explore opportunities across India and Africa.
AIEF has been allotted 20 acres at Sector 33, Kharghar, with additional 15 acres reserved for future development, for the Africa India Business Centre and allied facilities.
Throughout its association with AIEF, Prarochan Group has supported initiatives aimed at promoting stronger business cooperation, economic engagement, trade and investment opportunities, and institutional relationships between India and Africa.
